Shipping Policy

We understand your interest and take great care in shipping your product to you. Hence we work with some of the best shipping and logistics companies. The following policy applies to all your orders.

• Shipping within India is free.
• Once your order is ready and dispatched, it is usually delivered within 3-7 business days.
• You can cancel your order before it is ready for dispatch. Once a product is ready for dispatch, cancellation is not possible.
• Unfortunately, the Cash on delivery (COD) option is not possible at the moment. However, we will update once we have made this option available.
• Please do note that delivery times are subject to factors beyond our control – like travel delays from our shipping partners, strikes, weather conditions, etc. But don’t worry, we are famous for delighting our customers by adhering to our promised shipping times.
• We will keep you updated and provide you with the tracking information once your order is dispatched via SMS / email.

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love our products always, and never need to come to this page. But in an extremely rare case that you do, here is our returns & exchange policy:

• All products can be returned / exchanged within 7 days of product delivery.
• Please ensure that the,
  • Product(s) should be unused & unwashed.
  • Product(s) should not be purchased at a sale/discounted price.
  • Product(s) should not be custom altered or damaged in any way.

• We take great care in dispatching garments as per size mentioned in our size charts or the product description. For one size alteration, we expect our customers to get the alteration done by themselves as we leave enough margin in our garments to even make them one size bigger.
• Once the reason(s) for return / exchange is acknowledged by both parties, we may ask you to courier us back the product and share the tracking slip with us. The charges for return in this case could be reimbursed.
• In case of confirmed return requests, You could choose to seek a full refund in the form of redeemable store credits (which you can use later in our shop) or refund on your original credit / debit card or bank account.
• The refund via your original credit / debit card or bank account shall be initiated only after we receive back the product. And the credit shall be done within 7 days of the same. In case you choose store credits as a mode of refund, the same shall be issued within 48 hours once the product is returned. Store Credits shall have a fixed validity period which will be communicated to you.
• In case of discounts applied during ordering, the discount value shall also be adjusted in the refund, as applicable.
